Belle & Rex offer a Bar set up package that are tailored to your specific event, ensuring quality beverages, cleanliness, experienced certified staff and attention to detail. 

The bar is often the focal point of an event, sometimes a place where friendships or relationships bloom, so it is important to get it right.  The look, the feel, the drink menu are all a reflection of your personal style so let’s get this looking as fabulous as you are.

PACKAGE ONE     

DIY HIRE

Drink station set up equipment hire – excluding GST

This includes either 8 litre drink dispensers or 3.2 litre cut glass drink dispensers, depending on your style and requirements.

Dispensers

Glass 8 litre dispensers are $15 each to hire

Cut glass 3.2 litre dispensers are $35 each to hire

Glassware

Small water glasses are 0,50c each to hire – minimum 20

High Balls are 0.75c each to hire – minimum 20

Drinks Tubs

Champagne Tub        $25 hire

Ice Buckets                  Glass $10

                                    Silver $5

Drink trays        Silver trays $1each

Timber trays $2 each

White tray with handles $2

Straws $1 per pack

Items are to be collected from Palm Beach base on the day of the event and returned in good order and clean the following day for return of bond. Charges will be taken from bond for breakages.

PACKAGE TWO    

Set Up, Styling, Hire – WITH OR WITHOUT STAFF

Belle & Rex will come to your home or venue and set up and style your bar service area. This can include a drink station and / or bar, your choice depending on your style of event. We offer a complimentary initial meeting and walk through of the venue to ascertain the best possible location for the bar and design your perfect event. Prices are tailored to your specific requirements, starting at $250 plus hire equipment and staffing charges.

Set up includes basic bar kit, hired glassware set up for ease of service, drinks set up in tubs (can be hired if required) or esky on ice as required and spirit set up.  All requirements will be arranged during the initial contact meeting.

The basic bar kit package included is detailed below

Hire equipment i.e. bar and glassware, will be sourced as required

Florals or Styling items will be arranged as required i.e. candles, flowers, feathers, bar menu etc

RSA Certified bar staff can be arranged with a minimum of three hours service, or this can work as a serve yourself bar. A bond is charged for service yourself bar.

PACKAGE THREE             

Full Service – Set up, styling, hire, bar service

Specialty cocktail service with bar set up, styling, glassware and equipment hire and staffing. This is the same as Package Two however it is fully serviced and staffed for cocktail making.

This is a minimum of 5 hour package – including set up and pack down – plus hire equipment

STAFFING

All staff are experienced and hold current QLD RSA qualifications

STAFFING DEPENDS ON NUMBERS –1 STAFF PER 25 PEOPLE @$40 per hour 

Minimum 5 hours – includes set up and pack down
